Evan Price is an experienced corporate executive and director who leads or has led several high tech companies in high tech, hospitality and forest industries. He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France), a bachelor’s degree in forestry engineering from Université Laval (Canada) and a certificate in corporate governance from the Collège des administrateurs of Université Laval.

Robert Gloer is Chief Executive Officer and President of IOU Financial. Mr. Gloer previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and President, since co-founding the Company in 2008 and until his appointment in June July of 2021. Mr. Gloer has also held senior leadership roles in the wholesale mortgage arena, notably with First Franklin - Merrill Lynch, where he led the rapid expansion of the Eastern Region, resulting in a P&L of over US$500m, and annual originations of over US$4.5B. Throughout his career Mr. Gloer has proven to be a master builder and leader of top performing teams.

Phil Marleau is CEO of Palos Capital, a boutique financial services firm focused on wealth management and merchant banking activities. Mr. Marleau co-founded IOU Financial and previously served as its CEO.  Prior to that Mr. Marleau was employed as a portfolio manager with Palos Capital and as a financial analyst in the equity research divisions of Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Scotia Capital. Mr. Marleau currently serves on the boards of IOU Financial and Palos Capital. Previously, Mr. Marleau served on the boards of MAG Energy Solutions (a leader in electricity trading in North America) and Fountain Asset (a merchant bank listed on the TSX Venture Exchange: FA). Mr. Marleau holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with a Minor in Economics from McGill University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  

Yves Roy has been a board member of several companies and foundations since 2006. Mr. Roy is currently a director of Fondation du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal and Fondation de l’institut de cardiologie de Montréal. Mr. Roy was until recently a director and chairman of the board of Verlyx Pharma (recently sold).Mr. Roy was President and CEO, and then partner of SECOR between 2007 and 2012. Prior to this, he was CEO of Les Métaux Tremblay (Groupe LMT), and he held several executive positions at Mercer LLC for almost 25 years. Mr. Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Université Laval, a Master’s degree in risk and insurance from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in managerial science and applied economics from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Lucas Timberlake has been a Partner with Fintech Ventures Fund, LLLP, a financial technology-focused investment firm, since 2015. In his current role, Mr. Timberlake has held multiple board director positions with financial and insurance technology companies and currently serves on the board of directors for Artis Technologies, Battleface Travel Insurance, and GROUNDFLOOR Finance. Previously, Mr. Timberlake was a member of the investment team with Antarctica Capital, an international private equity firm focusing on real assets and insurance opportunities. Mr. Timberlake began his career in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Columbia College of Columbia University.

Mr. Wolfson brings significant industry-specific corporate governance experience to IOU Financial, as he was the longest serving board director for On Deck Capital, Inc., a recently acquired competitor to IOU Financial. He is currently an active investor in, and board member for, numerous fintech companies.

In addition to his corporate governance experience, Mr. Wolfson brings over twenty-five years of corporate leadership and investment management experience to IOU Financial as a former President and Chief Investment Officer at both SF Capital Group, a multi-generational single-family office, and Wilmington Trust Investment Management, a US$40 billion investment manager. Mr. Wolfson was also previously a Partner at KPMG LLP and National Partner in Charge of KPMG's investment consulting practice. Prior thereto, he spent over a decade at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Kathleen Miller brings over 30 years of experience driving double-digit growth and profitability across public and high-growth private SaaS, Fintech and other technology companies through finance, accounting, public company governance, strategy, and operations.  Kathy has a proven track record of building and scaling organizations to deliver transformational growth and brings a deep understanding of the entire M&A lifecycle, having led multiple organizations through successful technology acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and integrations.

Kathy has received the Atlanta Business Chronicle's CFO of the Year Finalist and Nominee Awards and earned an MS in Legal Studies from Fordham University and a BS in Accounting, cum laude from Alfred University.
