Carl has a passion for optimizing the interactions between people and brands using a blend of art (creativity) and science (analytics) to inform strategy; over 20+ years he has applied this approach to bring innovation and growth to leading brands in the financial services, technology and franchising sectors. Carl believes in the power of small business to drive economic growth by being more agile, creative and driven than their corporate counterparts, giving IOU Financial an important role to play in fueling the economic recovery in communities across North America.
Carl's Dalhousie MBA experience impressed upon him the true meaning of "work hard, play hard", and his free time is spent enjoying cars, music and vintage audio equipment.
