Jason Stevens

As VP of Loss Mitigation, Jason Stevens is responsible for internal collections, external vendor management, regulatory compliance, lien enforcement and litigation assessment. Jason has been in the creditor’s rights industry for 23 years with extensive legal and commercial recovery experience.
Prior to Jason’s role at IOU Financial, he worked for Dedicated Commercial Recovery and the Gurstel Law Firm. Both entities are highly regarded in the industry and provide Jason a unique and vast skill set as it pertains to loss mitigation, brand preservation, reputational risk assessment and inventory management.
