The Company closed fiscal 2013 with a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $1,444,702, or $0.03 per share, compared with a net loss of $1,797,456 or $0.06 per share in 2012.
At December 31, 2013, total assets stood at $15,921,263 compared with $8,653,374 on December 31, 2012, and consisted mainly of cash on hand and commercial loans receivable. Total liabilities at December 31, 2013 amounted to $8,688,312 compared with $3,405,259 at December 31, 2012, and consisted mainly of funds owed on the Company’s credit facility.
